ReportingofficewithinthemeaningoftheWhistleblowerProtectionAct
On July 2, 2023, the new Whistleblower Protection Act (HinSchG) came into force on the basis of a European legal framework. It has been fully in effect since December 2023. According to the HinSchG, it must be possible for individuals to report grievances or violations in companies, for example against criminal and fine provisions, consumer regulations or regulations on product liability and data protection law, without sanctions and discreetly in an appropriately set up whistleblower system. According to the law, whistleblowers may not be warned, terminated, transferred or disadvantaged in any other way as a result of their report.
The BDKV Bundesverband der Konzert- und Veranstaltungswirtschaft e.V. acts as the so-called "internal reporting office" of RBX GmbH within the meaning of the HinSchG in cooperation with LegalTegrity GmbH. If you would like to make a report within the meaning of the HinSchG, please follow this link: : Whistle Report (whistle-report.com). You can also find further information on the Website des BDKV.
